If you have a version older than WMP 11, it is still advisable to download the latest update.

How to switch the video to full screen mode ?
  • In most cases, it is possible to switch to full screen mode by double clicking on the image, or by clicking on the "Full screen" button in the menu bar, whatever the kind of player.
    However, it seems that the full screen function of the VLC player was not working between the 1.0.6 and 1.1.10 versions. If you have not updated this software recently, and you note a problem to switch to full screen, we recommend to you to reinstall it from the 2.0.0 version or later.
    To do this, start with uninstall the current version of VLC, then download and install the latest version corresponding to your operating system from the page below.

Why would a radio station or a television channel does not work ?
  • It is possible that some medias are not available during your visit on our site. Three reasons can explain this phenomenon, either your Internet Service Provider does not permit the receipt, either the channel or the station ceased to issue, or the broadcast is momentarily interrupted.
    We can often not directly intervene to restore its operation. However, we regularly proceed to replace the streams that are off the air by new ones, with the intention to offer to our visitors the largest choice of programs possible.
Why are the image and/or the sound lagging ?
  • The image or the sound can sometimes lagging, depending on the speed of your Internet connection or the capabilities of the audio or video transmitter stream server. In an attempt to remedy this problem, you can try to refresh the page. However, the most effective solution would be to get a better ADSL speed.
Why do some channels are not available from my ISP ?
  • A part of the television channels are available only for some Internet Service Providers. This is because of geographical limitations of broadcast. In this case, a message such as "Channel unavailable from your ISP" is displayed in the menu bar of the player.
Is it possible to record a program of radio or television ?
  • Several techniques exist to record "on the fly" an audio or video stream. However, the best of them is to convert this stream by using the VLC software.
    Foremost, it is necessary for you to know the url adress of the stream, very often starting with "mms://", "rtsp://" or else "http://". Then, simply enter this address into the VLC player, as it is indicated at the bottom of the page below.
