Frequently Asked Questions :
1. The receipt of a radio station or a TV channel is lagging :
The reception quality of the image depends more of your DSL speed as the system resources of your computer. If the image and/or sound on a radio station or TV channel is lagging, maybe that mean your internet connection is too far from the source of your ISP or your DSL speed is insufficient. On the other hand, if the number of connections is too high for the streaming flow, it's likely that the server can saturate.
Test your reception with the "NRJ pure" channel :

If the image or sound does not lagging, that mean your speed should be enough for the internet streaming (radio, video and TV online).
However, some TV channels are using the Flash Video technology. These channels require sometimes a rate of 8 Mega or + to not lagging.
2. Some radio stations and TV channels do not work, while I get others perfectly :
Medias available on TVonline may temporarily stop issuing or disappear for an indefinite period. Know that we are in no way responsible for the disappearance of a radio or a channel. Many channels are now nationales limited webcast, because of copyright on the one hand, but also in terms of exclusivity contracts that they signed with the ISPs. However, we are constantly looking for new streams to replace soon unavailable links.
3. The Audacity software does not permit me to record a radio from my sound card :
Some computers do not permit to record the radio directly from the sound card. In this case, a parade can be found by using the VLC software as described on our "Useful softwares" page :

4. I can't take the image of a video or a TV channel in full screen :
On our pages coexist different video players. However, both technologies are used : The Windows Media Player and the Flash Video player. With WMP, just double click on the image, whereas with Flash, click on the button of video menu named "Full screen" to the crossing of the mouse.
