France 2 is a general French television channel of public service, initially called "Deuxième chaîne" then "Antenne 2". The channel finally adopted the name of "France 2" to show its membership to the France Télévisions group. The France 3 and France 5 channels are also part of the same goup. Second historic channel of television in France, it appears behind TF1, including in terms of audience. It is available on DTT, cable, satellite, ADSL, and Internet.
